Tech employers comprised more than 27% of all the companies on the list—and Silicon Valley standouts Google and Facebook topped the list in first and second place, respectively.

To compile its list of top companies, Fatherly.com considered both the variety and scale of parental perks offered—from generous paid leave to a corporate culture that promotes work-life balance.

And while tech innovators were found to offer the best perks for new parents overall, the finance industry also fared well—representing 22% of all companies on the roster.

For example, Bank of America offers a time-saving service called TelaDoc, which lets employees consult a doctor via phone or video. And PricewaterhouseCoopers was praised for its unlimited sick days—whether it’s the parent or kid who’s feeling under the weather.

But when it comes to blockbuster perks like paid time off, Facebook blew the competition away—with 17 weeks of paid paternity leave.
