    As far as massage, you get what you pay for. I’ve been to both massage schools and experienced massotherapists. The students usually provided only what amounted to a 30 minute back rub. The experienced massotherapists were the only ones able to work out the knots and kinks, along with myofascial release. I guess it depends what you are looking for.
