Last-Minute Thanksgiving Recipes: Stuffing, Potatoes and More

Thanksgiving is coming up fast.

In between figuring out whether we’re suited for Black Friday, hunting down the best bargains, and figuring out how to fit in dessert and making it to this year's especially early sales, recipe-gathering can fall by the wayside.

As always, we’ve got you covered. Since Thanksgiving dinner is expected to cost about 13% more this year, we have recommendations for a healthy Thanksgiving meal for under $50. It includes vegetarian stuffing, chive and jack biscuits that can be made ahead of time and nearly guilt-free mashed potatoes.

Looking for something outside the box? How about a sweet potato and barley soup, or crispy roasted cauliflower?

And if you’re stymied by the ingredients you have on hand (what’s something especially yummy to make with poblano peppers?), use our recipe finder below to find recipes for the ingredients you already have.

Before getting too overwhelmed by all of the cooking, remember: There are some things that are just as delicious when store-bought (such as cranberry sauce, stuffing and more)—and no one will be able to tell the difference!
