Unfortunately, stress is a part of life. But on the brighter side, we've developed an arsenal of ways to not only deal with it, but to counteract its negative effects on our health. Many of us are too busy to take a month-long spa trip, so we operate a little smaller-scale. Travel Channel host Samantha Brown has her own recommendations:
I would say a good night’s sleep is imperative for me. I need at least seven hours and if I don’t get seven hours I start to get really cranky. Also, eating well is a part of maintaining stress.
