Six-Word Financial Memoirs From LV Readers (Slide Show)

Ever since SMITH Magazine started listing six-word memoirs, the fad has exploded.

In a nutshell, six-word memoirs are short, haiku-like pieces of wisdom about anything.  They can be serious (“My parents are getting so old”), bizarre (“Playing ukulele dressed as a bear”), or funny in their simple truths (“Only tan when my freckles connect”).

We’ve decided to jump into the game by collecting your six-word memoirs about your finances.  The response was more than we could fit into this one slide show, so keep your eyes out for a second installment. These memoirs are sweet, poignant, and funny, from readers just like you.

Do you have a six-word memoir to share? Write it in the comments section below!
