Do you have a living will?
  • Do you have something in place in case something were to happen to you and you couldn't make medical decisions for yourself? Who did you choose to be your healthcare proxy? Do you trust your family to make the right decision in a medical emergency?
  • YES YES YES!!! I took some advice from Suze Orman and created an advanced medical directive. I chose my eldest sister who is out of state but by far the most dependable, knowledgeable, and logical person out of my siblings & parents. So now that I have that in place I feel totally comfortable if something were to happen to me. Now I just need to make sure my primary care MD places a copy in my file so it's available to anyone who may be treAting me.
  • YES YES YES!!! Me too! I created mine before I had caraid surgery (life or death stuff). Probably one of the most important documents a person can create. I chose my husband. I also made my choices a part of my living will.
