    Hi all:

    I would like to open an additional savings or (banking) account to put in just $10 a month for birthday girfts and christmas next year. Do you have an recommadations for a no balance fee account. I'm somewhat open to an additional banking so that I can just buy the gifts directly from that account?

    Any advice out there?

    I believe Ally Bank is offering a very competitive rate without a minimum balance and no fees. Interest is compounded daily!! There are limitations for the number of withdrawals per month.
