Issue with transactions all auto categorized incorrectly

    Hello,

    I have been using Learnvest for a few months now, and had no issues with how most of my transactions were categorized, such as groceries, transportation, etc. However, I created a new category recently that is titled "Moving and Storage" and now nearly every debited transaction that posts is being categorized by Learnvest under Moving and Storage. Why is this happening and how can this be fixed?

    Hi Dan,

    Thanks for letting us know! I have been taking a look at this with our tech team and they would love to see a screenshot of these transactions being foldered automatically in Moving and Storage. They are not yet sure if this is something we can resolve from our end or if this is something that the institution would have to resolve, but if you could send a screenshot to feedback@learnvest.com that would help us troubleshoot.
