Hi. I'm new. I would like to manually enter my transactions. Is this an option? As I am mainly working on a cash basis, linking to my account will not provide a true picture of my daily cash transactions. Please advise.
Alden from LearnVest here. Yes, we do have a way of entering cash transactions manually! Just go into your Financial Inbox and click on the "Add Cash" button on the right hand side of the page. In the pop up that appears, fill out the details of the transaction, and then hit save. Hope that helps!
Alden, Thanks for your reply. But I am stuck at the blue box that appears that says "Link Your Accounts" and cannot bypass that to the transactions page. I can't find the "close" button on that screen. I just keep going back to the dashboard.

The "add cash" button is in the Financial Inbox, which you can only access if you have an account linked to LearnVest. Either you can link your account automatically, which we recommend to get the best picture of your finances, or you can add it manually, which means you can see the balance of the account without entering any financial information. You can do all of this in your Account Center.
Either way, once you have an account linked, the pop up will disappear and you will be able to go into your Financial Inbox and add cash transactions!
