Hi, I'm Leanne and have recently graduated from college and am in my first full time job. In the upcoming months I will be hunting for a townhouse to rent with 2 roommates and 2 cats. I am unsure how most rent places would decide if we are acceptable tenants. How do most people go about deciding what rental is right for them? How do landlords decide you are going to be a good tenant? What can I do to make sure we find a place to live?
