the best baby shower i've ever been to was my own. my best friend and hub threw a "bottoms up" party. hub made cocktails and yummies for all my friends, and they brought diapers instead of registry type gifts. we had two games -- a name the baby animal and a how many songs with baby in the title can you think of -- but mostly just visited and had a great time. plus i didn't have to buy a package of diapers for six months!!!
